	Mission Statement
	It is my pleasure to extend this sincere welcome to you! Music continues to be one of the greatest joys in my life and I am excited to share this joy and knowledge with you. It is my purpose to give you an exciting learning experience and the finest piano music education I can share. I place great emphasis on student creativity, self-motivation, and empowerment through music. Each student will become a part of their own music education process through theory, history, composition, and performance. We will incorporate the beauty of nature as inspiration for music composition and music appreciation. Each student will develop a music goal at the beginning of their music education with me. This goal will be assessed continually as their music education advances. Our goal together is to relax, have fun, and enjoy time making friends with your piano and music.
